Are you a gallery or institution? Become a partner!
Partnership is free. It gives your own staff a direct way to correct and complete your listings on the radar, so visitors find the right dates, images and artists.
Every venue whose website we can read is on the radar, for free. Visitors use it for free too. There are no plans or upgrades for anyone.
Partnership doesn't buy placement.
Partners don't get a better position, bigger cards or featured spots. Their shows go through the same checks as everyone else's.
The information still comes from you.
We read your website every morning. Partnership lets the people who know your shows best give us the details directly.
What partners can do
Correct any show
Title and artists, opening and closing dates, the opening reception, the image, the link to your page and the text about the show. Edits show on the radar straight away.
Add a show we missed
At any of your spaces, including shows that never made it onto your own listing page.
Take a show off
It stays off, even while it's still on your website, and you can put it back later.
Choose when your website disagrees
Our morning read never overwrites your edits. If your website later says something different, the show is flagged and you choose which version to keep.
Work across spaces and staff
One login can look after several galleries, and a gallery can have several people with access.
How to get access
A person at Exhibition Radar reads every request and replies. No documents, no ID, no phone calls.
1Get in touch
Fill in a short form with your name, your gallery and your company email, or write to us at exhibitionradar@gmail.com from it.
2We reply ourselves
Usually within a few days. To keep listings safe, we give access once we know you're with the gallery: from your company email, or, without one, through a DM from your gallery's Instagram account or a phone call.
3We give you access
To your gallery on the radar, or, if it isn't on the radar yet, we list it for you. Every space you have, in any city.
4Set your password and start
Our reply has a link to set your password, then you're straight into My exhibitions.
