Lisson Los Angeles and Marc Selwyn Fine Art are excited to present a joint exhibition of works by Leon Polk Smith (1906 - 1996), marking the artist’s first solo exhibition in Los Angeles in over a decade. Spanning both gallery spaces, the presentation brings together more than twenty paintings alongside with a selection of his related works on paper. The two shows provide Ia special opportunity to examine the development and breadth of Smith’s mature practice from the mid-1950s through 1980.
