The gallery is pleased to present Le jardin bleu en silence, Kaori Izumiya’s first solo exhibition at the gallery, opening October 15. In this new body of work, the artist turns her attention to forms often overlooked: wilted flowers, dried vegetation, and gardens buried beneath the snow. Through these quiet and fragile subjects, Kaori Izumiya explores notions of beauty, value, and impermanence, while questioning how our perception of what deserves our attention may shift over time.
