In the past, travelers would come home, gather friends and recount their adventures over projected carousel slide shows and home movies. Tamara Henderson’s Seasons End (2016) could be seen in that light. Shot on 16mm, the 15-minute film follows the dreamlike road trip taken by two sculptures, Garden Photographer Scarecrow and Body Fountain Fetch, across Istanbul, Essaouira and Tangier, Los Angeles, Oregon, Stavanger, Glasgow and Arbroath.
