From July 18 to October 18, 2026, UCCA Clay presents the exhibition “Raw Modernism: Accolay Clay Today.” Bringing together 124 ceramic works from the Accolay workshops in France, alongside recent works by eight contemporary artists—including Sylvie Auvray, Nitsa Meletopoulos, Geng Xue, Ou Ming, Sun Yue, Kudo Reina, Takuro Kuwata and Robert Cuoghi—the exhibition explores the artists’ parallel inquiries and reflections on craft, materiality, and the expressive potential of clay.
