Dorothy Circus Gallery presents Family Business by Andrew Hem and Silent Encounters by Dulk in Rome: two solo exhibitions conceived in dialogue, in which profoundly different painterly languages converge in a reflection on transmission, belonging and the fragile continuity of living things. On one side is Andrew Hem’s human world, shaped by the everyday gestures of work, family-run shops, markets and those small geographies in which a community unwittingly preserves its memory.
