Sean Scully returns to Shanghai with a new series of works from his iconic Landline series, featuring horizontal stripes inspired by nature's horizon line. This marks his first solo exhibition in the city in over a decade, following his major 2014 survey Follow the Heart: The Art of Sean Scully 1964–2014 , which made him the first Western artist to receive a career-spanning retrospective in China.
