Conceived in collaboration with Pat Steir (American, 1938–2026), this exhibition realizes the artist’s vision for the second rendition of Color Wheel (2018–2019), an immersive installation of monumental paintings in complementary colors. One of Steir’s most ambitious and illuminating late projects, this installation was in the planning stages at the time of the artist’s passing in 2026.
